Box 196 Harleysville, PA 19438 Dear Dennis: Over the past three years, Frederick Mennonite Community has had the opportunity to work with Branch Valley Associates, on our latest senior living housing expansion. During this time, Branch Valley Associates, Reese Lower Patrick & Scott and Frederick Mennonite Commmunity built an extremely complex project using a team project management approach. Through the team's effort, Frederick Mennonite Community's new Aspen Village and Magnolia House residential living complexes are exceeding the expectations of our residents.

Serving as the construction project manager Branch Valley Associates delivered a completed project of high quality and superior workmanship. Their attention to the overall quality is clearly visible throughout the entire facility. Over the course of the project I have worked closely with Bob Barry, Steve Barndt, George Honeywell, Ivan Derstine and Mark Derstine. I found it was easy to build a solid working relationship early in the process. This positive working relationship continued throughout the entire process. I received many complements from our retirement community residents on the professional manner in which Branch Valley Associates staff conducted themselves on the job site.

As with any project of this size and scope there were issues, concerns and delays. Throughout the process Branch Valley Associates worked with the Frederick team to resolve concerns and issues in a positive manner. Throughout the project Branch Valley Assoicates assured that the Frederick team was able to contact a senior member of their team at any time. Their availability made communication simple providing Frederick a high level of comfort during the construction phase.

As we put the finishing touches on the project, the building brings great pride to all residents, staff and myself. Without the work and effort contributed by Branch Valley Associates, I feel Frederick's finished project would not bring such high praise.

Frederick is currently in the strategic development process for future development on our campus. As we refine our plans, we would again look to Branch Valley Associates to provide project management services.
