Box 196 Harleysville, PA 19438-0196 Dear Dennis: My kudos, congratulations and thank you for such an exceptional job that your team did on The Meadows at Lutheran Community at Telford project. The structure of the building along with the personal touches has been well received by our residents. Having come on board midway through the project, your team was receptive to my thoughts. ideas, and desires for the project. This in spite of the fact that many of my ideas resulted in additional work for them. Yet, they willingly and enthusiastically made these changes, always with a smile on their face and a positive attitude. For this I am grateful, as I know how much grief the change in management could have caused. Your team, especially Gary, Greg and Mark were such a pleasure to work with. They were always there to answer questions, explain procedures and offer suggestions not only to our project team but to future and current residents as well. It gave us an easy feeling knowing that if a resident stopped them in their tracks to offer "suggestions" or flat out complain, your team would respond with the utmost of respect and compassion to our seniors. While on our campus your team embraced our mission and values and displayed them as if they were our very own staff.
